The villa has 1,144 square feet of interior space, an open-plan living and dining area, a large sectional sofa and a big-screen TV. Sliding glass doors lead to a private covered lanai with seating and tropical landscaping.

The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless-steel appliances, a breakfast bar, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and small appliances. Meals can be enjoyed at the indoor dining table or on the shaded lanai.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, garden views, a ceiling fan and space for a crib or Pack & Play. Its ensuite has a dual vanity and a tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom has two twin beds that can be converted to a king on request, garden views and an adjacent full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. An air mattress is available on request, within the maximum occupancy of six.

Central air conditioning, ceiling fans, high-speed Wi-Fi, a full-size washer and dryer, smart TV and beach towels are provided. Community facilities include a pool, hot tub and barbecue stations. The lagoons, resort pools and walking paths are a short walk away. Ko Olina Resort has four lagoons connected by a 1.5-mile seaside path, a championship golf course and a marina.

The home is offered as a monthly rental. Children are welcome, and two on-premises parking spaces are free.
