House rules
A minimum 29-night stay applies, and the property may not be rented for less than 30 consecutive days. Rental charges are not reduced or adjusted for fewer days of actual use or occupancy within a 30-consecutive-day rental. Electricity usage cap: $500/month. Barbecue grills are prohibited on the lanai; guests may use the community grills at the pool area. Smoking and vaping, including tobacco and marijuana products, are prohibited inside the rental, on balconies and patios, and in all common areas. Violations may incur cleaning, deodorizing or damage-repair charges and may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Guests must inform their party and visitors of the no-smoking policy. Children are welcome.
Getting there
The Ko Olina lagoons, local dining and boutique shopping are within walking distance. Golf, watersport rentals and excursions, and family-friendly theme parks are a short drive away. A car is recommended. Parking is limited to two assigned stalls for standard or compact vehicles; oversized vehicles and large SUVs cannot be accommodated, and no public or street parking is available.
