The condo has an open-plan living and dining area with a sectional sofa, dining table and large windows, plus a private lanai surrounded by tropical landscaping. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stove, oven, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, blender, rice cooker, ice machine, cookware and utensils.

The primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with dual sinks. A separate guest bathroom serves the condo. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and television. Satellite or cable television, linens, an iron, beach towels, a private entrance and a smoke detector are provided.

In-unit amenities include air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer. A starter supply of toiletries, dish soap and laundry detergent is provided. Children are welcome.

Guests have access to a shared community pool, hot tub, BBQ areas and cabanas, garden spaces and walking paths around the golf course. Parking is limited to two assigned stalls for standard or compact vehicles; oversized vehicles and large SUVs cannot be accommodated, and no public or street parking is available.

A minimum 29-night stay applies, and the property may not be rented for less than 30 consecutive days. Rental charges are not reduced or adjusted for fewer days of actual use or occupancy within a 30-consecutive-day rental. Electricity usage cap: $500/month. Barbecue grills are prohibited on the lanai; guests may use the community grills at the pool area. Smoking and vaping, including tobacco and marijuana products, are prohibited inside the rental, on balconies and patios, and in all common areas. Violations may incur cleaning, deodorizing or damage-repair charges and may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Guests must inform their party and visitors of the no-smoking policy. Children are welcome.
