House rules
The condo is offered for a full 30-day rental period and is reserved exclusively for the renter throughout that period. Children are welcome. Smoking and vaping are prohibited in the residence, lanai, garage and community common areas, including cigarettes, cigars, pipes, electronic cigarettes and marijuana. Violations may result in penalties, cleaning charges and eviction without refund. Beach equipment rentals are available at an additional charge.
Getting there
Ko Olina's lagoons, restaurants, shops, golf course and resort pathways are accessible on foot. Ko Olina Marina is minutes away; Kapolei is a short drive away. Assigned spaces accommodate standard or compact vehicles only, not oversized vehicles or large SUVs. Public and street parking are unavailable within the community. Guests with vehicles that do not fit the assigned spaces may be denied check-in.
