House rules
Minimum rental period is 30 consecutive days. Rental prices are not reduced or adjusted for fewer days of actual use or occupancy within a 30-day rental. Electricity usage is capped at $500/month; guests are responsible for excess usage. Smoking is prohibited in all areas. Fire code prohibits grills on the lanai; community BBQs are available. Children are welcome.
Getting there
Ko Olina lagoons, golf, dining and resort shopping are within walking distance. Honolulu attractions are a short drive away. A car is recommended. Parking accommodates compact or standard vehicles; oversized vehicles and SUVs may not fit, and street/public parking is unavailable.
