The condo sleeps four and has an open-plan living and dining area with a sectional sofa, television entertainment, coastal decor and sliding glass doors opening onto a private garden-facing lanai. The fully stocked kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, rice cooker, ice machine and cooking and dining utensils.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, TV, ceiling fan and ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and a shower-tub combination. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan and plantation shutters. A separate guest bathroom has a tub-shower combination. Central air conditioning, a washer and dryer, linens, beach towels, an iron, shampoo, hot water and Wi-Fi are provided. The condo has a private entrance and a smoke detector. Children are welcome.

Shared community facilities include a pool, hot tub and BBQs. Ko Olina lagoons, golf, dining and resort shopping are within walking distance. Nearby resort attractions include Four Seasons Spa and Disney Aulani; Honolulu attractions are a short drive away. A car is recommended. Stays require at least 30 consecutive days.

Electricity usage is capped at $500/month; guests are responsible for excess usage. Smoking is prohibited in all areas. Fire code prohibits grills on the lanai; community BBQs are available.
