The house

The 1,187-square-foot villa has an open-concept living area with plush seating and a flatscreen TV. The dining area seats six, with additional breakfast-bar seating. Large sliding doors connect the living space to a furnished private lanai with ocean views and outdoor dining.

The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, cookware and utensils, a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, rice cooker, ice machine and wine fridge. A BBQ is also available.

The primary bedroom has a flatscreen TV and an ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in shower and deep soaking tub. The second bedroom uses a shared full bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Guests have access to shared lagoon-style pools, hot tubs, a fitness center and landscaped grounds. Ko Olina Resort has four beach lagoons, a golf course, a marina and oceanfront walking paths. Ko Olina Lagoons, restaurants and Disney Aulani Resort are within walking reach; shopping, golf and water activities are a short drive away.

The villa includes central air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, an in-unit washer and dryer, linens, beach towels, beach chairs, an iron, a private entrance and television with satellite or cable service. A smoke detector is provided. One compact parking space is complimentary; additional parking carries a one-time vehicle fee and is first-come, first-served.
