The house

The villa accommodates up to eight guests and has a great room with expansive windows, two lounging areas, and pocket doors opening to a private lanai. Views extend over the ocean, resort, and golf course. The kitchen, designed by Chef Roy Yamaguchi, includes a large preparation island, generous storage, a wine fridge, refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, ice machine, and dishes and utensils.

The primary bedroom has cable TV, lanai access, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, deep soaking tub, and dual sinks. The second full bathroom has a walk-in shower; the third has a deep soaking tub with a shower. Central air conditioning, ceiling fans, Wi-Fi, flat-screen televisions with satellite or cable, a washer and dryer, linens, towels, beach chairs, and beach towels are provided. The villa has a private entrance, and the building has elevators.

The gated community offers three shared pools, hot tubs, BBQ grills, a fitness center, and koi ponds. Ko Olina lagoons, oceanside walking paths, resort cafés and restaurants, and beach-bar sunset viewpoints are within walking reach. Ko Olina Marina, Ko Olina Golf Club, local shops, markets, and cultural activities are a short drive away. Makai Hale Beach Bar is at the resort, and the neighboring Aulani Resort offers massage and spa experiences.

One complimentary compact parking stall is included. Additional vehicles carry a one-time $25 fee, and oversized vehicles carry a one-time $50 fee. All additional parking is first-come, first-served. A car is recommended. Children are welcome; smoking is not allowed.
