The house

Ko Olina Beach Villas O805 sleeps six and has an open-plan living and dining area with high ceilings, large windows, a Smart TV and sliding doors opening onto a private lanai. The lanai has ocean, pool and golf course views. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, ice machine and wine fridge.

Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and Smart TV. The primary bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, private lanai with golf course views and an ensuite with dual vanities, a soaking tub and separate walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and access to a shared full bathroom. The third bedroom has two extra-long twin beds, convertible to a king upon request, and access to the shared full bathroom. A half bathroom is near the living area.

Shared resort facilities include lagoon-style pools, hot tubs, a fitness center, BBQ grilling stations, the Makai Hale Beach Bar, koi ponds and tropical gardens. The gated community has walking and jogging paths. Ko Olina’s four lagoons, resort restaurants and walking paths are a short walk away.

The villa is air-conditioned throughout and includes Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, linens, beach towels, beach chairs, a private entrance and a smoke detector. Two complimentary parking stalls are provided, one standard and one compact; extra parking is subject to fees and availability. Elevators serve the semi-private floor. A car is recommended.
