Ko Olina Beach Villas O704 offers 1,187 sq ft of indoor-outdoor living for up to six guests. The open-plan living and dining area has island-inspired furnishings and floor-to-ceiling sliding doors opening onto a private lanai overlooking the lap pool, tropical gardens and Pacific Ocean.

The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, breakfast-bar seating, cookware, a dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, blender, rice cooker, ice machine and wine fridge.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, ensuite bathroom and lanai access. Its bathroom has dual sinks and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds that can be converted to a king on request. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and TVs. A sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping space, and there is a second full bathroom.

Central air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, linens, towels, beach towels and beach chairs are provided. The villa has a private entrance, television with satellite or cable service and a smoke detector.

Shared amenities include community pools, hot tubs, BBQs and waterfront walking paths along four lagoons. Restaurants, boutiques, cafés and Ko Olina’s lagoon beaches are within walking distance.
