The villa overlooks Ko Olina Golf Course, with mountain views and a partial ocean view from its private lanai. The open-plan living and dining area has pocket doors that open fully onto the lanai, sofa seating, television entertainment and space for shared meals or outdoor dining.

The kitchen includes premium appliances, a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, rice cooker, ice machine and wine fridge, along with cookware and dining essentials.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, flat-screen television and an ensuite European-style bathroom with a walk-in shower and deep soaking tub. The guest bedroom has two twin beds that can be converted to a king on request. A queen sofa sleeper is in the living area, and there is a second bathroom.

The villa has central air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, a private entrance, beach chairs and beach towels. The building has elevator access. Shared resort facilities include three pools with lap and lagoon-style designs, hot tubs, barbecue grills, dining pavilions, a fitness center and Makai Hale Beach Bar. The resort grounds include koi ponds, waterfalls and walking trails, with beachfront pathways connecting all four Ko Olina lagoons. Beach equipment rentals are available for a charge.

Ko Olina Lagoons, Paradise Cove Luau and Ko Olina Station shops, cafés and restaurants are within walking reach. Ko Olina Golf Club, Ka Makana Alii Mall, Wet’n’Wild Hawaii and Kapolei grocery stores are a short drive away.
