## About the house

The 1,507-square-foot villa has an open-plan living room, dining area and kitchen, with floor-to-ceiling glass doors opening onto a large lanai overlooking the lagoon, resort grounds and Pacific Ocean. The living area includes comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV; the lanai provides outdoor dining space.

The Roy Yamaguchi-designed kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, wood cabinetry, a wine fridge and a breakfast bar. Equipment includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, rice cooker, ice machine and cooking and dining essentials.

The primary bedroom has a king bed and private lanai access. Bedroom Two has a queen bed. Bedroom Three has two twin beds that can be converted to a king on request. Central air conditioning, ceiling fans, Wi-Fi, Ethernet, washer/dryer, linens and televisions are provided. Beach towels and beach chairs are available.

Shared resort facilities include lap, lagoon and children’s pools, heated pool access, hot tubs, a fitness center, barbecue grills, picnic areas and Makai Hale Beach Bar. The gated resort has koi ponds, garden paths, waterfalls and access to Ko Olina’s four lagoons. An elevator serves the building.

The complimentary parking space is compact-sized; additional parking is subject to availability.

Smoking is not allowed. Children are welcome. Long-term stays are allowed. Twin-to-king conversion in Bedroom Three is available on request.
