The house

Ko Olina Beach Villas O401 is a 1,611-square-foot residence with an open-plan living and dining area, tropical décor, plush seating and a dining table seating six. Sliding glass doors open onto the main lanai, which overlooks the pool, ocean and tropical landscaping. A second private lanai off the primary suite faces the Waianae Mountains and Ko Olina Golf Course.

The Roy Yamaguchi–designed kitchen includes high-end appliances, generous counter space and a wine fridge. Equipment includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, rice cooker, ice machine, dishes and utensils.

The primary suite has private lanai access, dual sinks, a soaking tub and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a television and easy access to the guest bathroom. The third bedroom has mountain views and extra-long twin beds that can be configured as a king on request.

Central air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, linens, beach chairs and beach towels are provided. The villa has a private entrance, television and satellite or cable service.

Guests have access to three shared resort pools, including a lap pool and a lagoon-style pool, whirlpool spas, a fitness center, BBQ grills and the Makai Hale Beach Bar. Pathways pass koi ponds and tropical gardens toward Ko Olina’s four lagoons. Ko Olina Marina and Disney Aulani Resort & Spa are accessible on foot.
