## About the house

The villa accommodates up to six guests and has an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors connect the furnished living space to a spacious lanai with seating for outdoor dining and views of tropical landscaping and the lap pool. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a breakfast bar, refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, ice machine and wine fridge.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, an ensuite bathroom and lanai access. Its bathroom includes a walk-in shower and a large soaking tub. The second bedroom has two extra-large twin beds that can be converted to a king and uses the shared second bathroom, which also has a large soaking tub.

Central air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, an in-unit washer and dryer, linens, essential toiletries, beach towels and beach chairs are provided. Entertainment includes television with satellite or cable channels. The villa has a private entrance and a smoke detector.

Shared resort amenities include multiple swimming pools, hot tubs, barbecue grills, cabanas, tropical garden walking paths and access to private lagoons for swimming, snorkeling and paddleboarding. Ko Olina lagoons, dining, boutique shopping and oceanside paths are within walking distance. Golf, museums, hiking trails, water parks, wildlife attractions and cultural centers are a short drive away.
