House rules
No smoking. Children are welcome. Pets are considered; please inquire. Long-term stays are allowed. A mandatory parking fee is payable to the Beach Villas front desk at check-in for each reservation: $25 per stay for an SUV or smaller vehicle; oversized vehicles are $50. Beach equipment rentals are available for an additional charge. Self check-in/check-out and 24-hour check-in are available.
Getting there
Ko Olina’s four lagoons are a short walk along the shoreline path. Ko Olina Golf Club, the marina and Ko Olina Center shops are a short drive away. A car is necessary. The condo is single-level and the building has an elevator.
