The house

The condo has 1,532 square feet of interior space, three full bathrooms and sleeping accommodation for up to eight guests. Two lanais overlook the Pacific and Ko Olina fairways: one opens from the living room, and the other is private to the primary bedroom. West-facing views include sunsets on clear evenings.

The open-plan living and dining area includes a flatscreen TV, stereo and dining table for six. The kitchen was designed by Chef Roy Yamaguchi and has granite counters, a wine fridge, refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, rice cooker, ice machine, cookware and utensils.

The primary suite has a king bed, private lanai and ensuite European-style bathroom with a walk-in shower and large soaking tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed and an adjacent full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom has two extra-long twin beds that can be converted to a king on request, with a full bathroom nearby. The living room has a queen sofa bed.

Shared resort facilities include a lap pool, an adjacent shallow pool, hot tubs, a gym, sauna and outdoor BBQ grills. Beach chairs and towels are provided in the condo. The unit also has air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, a Bosch washer and dryer, linens, an iron and a private entrance.

Lagoon 2, oceanfront dining and Ko Olina shops are within walking distance. A paved coastal path connects the resort's lagoons. Ko Olina Golf Club, the Four Seasons and Disney's Aulani are within the same resort; Pearl Harbor, Waikele Premium Outlets and Honolulu are a short drive east.
