## About the house

The villa has an open-plan living and dining area with floor-to-ceiling sliding doors opening onto a furnished private lanai with Pacific Ocean and sunset views. The living area includes comfortable seating, a flatscreen TV and a ceiling fan; the dining table seats six. The kitchen has a large island with bar-style seating, premium appliances, cookware, a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, rice cooker and wine fridge.

The primary suite has a king bed, wall-mounted TV, ceiling fan, a private lanai with mountain views and an ensuite with a soaking tub, walk-in shower and dual vanity. Guest Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, natural light and closet storage. Guest Bedroom 3 has two twin beds that can be converted to a king on request, plus a wall-mounted TV. The living area has a sleeper sofa.

Central air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, smart TVs, linens, a hair dryer, an iron, beach chairs and beach towels are provided. A crib is available. The villa has a private entrance, and the building has an elevator.

Shared resort facilities include lagoon-style pools, hot tubs, a koi pond, tropical gardens, BBQ stations, a fitness center and the Makai Hale Beach Bar. The waterfront walking path connects all four Ko Olina lagoons. Beach equipment rentals are available for an additional charge.
