The house

The 1,532-square-foot villa has two lanais with views of the Pacific, resort pools, gardens and mountains. Floor-to-ceiling windows surround an open-plan living and dining area with seating, a flat-screen TV and a dining table. The lanais provide outdoor dining space.

The kitchen was designed by Roy Yamaguchi and includes stainless steel appliances, granite counters, a wine fridge and an island with bar seating. Equipment includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, ice machine, dishes and utensils.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, HD TV, lanai access and an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub, walk-in shower and dual vanities. The second bedroom has a queen bed, HD TV and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom has two extra-long twin beds that can convert to a king, with an adjacent full bathroom containing a soaking tub. A pull-out sofa in the living area accommodates two additional guests.

Central air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, linens, beach towels and beach chairs are provided. The gated Ko Olina Beach Villas community offers three heated shared pools, shared hot tubs, a fitness center, BBQs, koi ponds and tropical gardens. Ko Olina’s lagoons are steps away for swimming and snorkeling, with resort restaurants and beachside bars nearby.
