The house

This 1,265-square-foot penthouse accommodates up to six guests. Its private lanai overlooks the Pacific, resort pools, koi ponds and tropical gardens. The open-plan living and dining area has island-inspired furnishings, large sliding glass doors and dining seating for six.

The Roy Yamaguchi–designed kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, ice machine and wine fridge. A washer and dryer, linens, beach towels and beach chairs are provided. The villa has air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a private entrance and television with satellite or cable service.

The primary bedroom has a flat-screen TV, ceiling fan, private lanai access and an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a flat-screen TV and ceiling fan, with the second full bathroom and its walk-in shower adjacent. Additional sleeping space is available in the living room.

Shared resort facilities include lagoon-style and lap pools with loungers, a community hot tub, a fitness center, beach lagoons, walking paths, outdoor barbecue areas, beachside bars, koi ponds and tropical gardens. Guests also have access to the 18-hole Ko Olina Golf Club designed by Ted Robinson, on-site restaurants and Island Vintage Coffee.

Ko Olina Lagoons are steps away, and Paradise Cove Luau is a short walk away. Ko Olina Marina offers access to sailing, snorkeling and dolphin tours. Ka Makana Ali‘i Shopping Center is a 10-minute drive away; Pearl Harbor is 30 minutes by car, and Waikiki and Honolulu are a 40-minute drive away.
