This furnished, 1,187-square-foot penthouse accommodates four guests. The open-concept living area has plush seating and an adjacent dining area. A private lanai overlooks the ocean, lap pool and resort grounds and offers space for outdoor dining.

The Roy Yamaguchi–designed kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a wine fridge and an island with bar seating. Kitchen equipment includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender and cooking essentials.

The primary bedroom has lanai access and an ensuite bathroom with dual sinks, a soaking tub and a walk-in shower. The second bathroom has a walk-in shower. Central air conditioning and ceiling fans extend throughout the villa. An in-unit washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, television with satellite or cable, linens, beach towels and beach chairs are provided.

Shared resort facilities include three pools, multiple hot tubs, a fitness center, tropical walking paths, koi ponds, Makai Hale Beach Bar and BBQ areas. Ko Olina’s lagoon beaches, dining, coffee shops and beachfront walking paths are within walking distance. A championship golf course, shopping, cultural sites and family attractions are a short drive away.
