The villa sleeps four and has an open-plan living and dining area with sliding doors onto a private lanai. The living area has comfortable seating and a flatscreen HDTV; the dining table seats six. The lanai has seating and dining space with coastline, pool and golf-course views.

The fully stocked kitchen includes premium appliances, an oversized island with bar seating, a wine fridge, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender and cooking essentials.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, TV, ceiling fan, private lanai access and mountain and resort views. Its ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower and soaking tub. The second bedroom has twin beds convertible to a king on request, a ceiling fan and access to a full bathroom with a shower-tub combination. Linens and towels are provided.

Central air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, a private entrance, beach chairs and beach towels are provided. The building has elevators.

The gated resort community has shared pools and hot tubs, a fitness center, tropical gardens, koi ponds and pathways connecting the four sandy Ko Olina lagoons. Ko Olina Lagoon 2, beachfront pathways, Four Seasons Resort and Disney Aulani Resort & Spa are within walking distance. Kapolei shopping and dining, marina activities and spa experiences are a short drive away.
