The house

The villa has 1,491 square feet of indoor living space, three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Floor-to-ceiling glass opens the living and dining area to ocean views, with a pull-out sofa, a dining table and kitchen-island seating. The private lanai has seating and outdoor dining overlooking the lagoon and resort pools.

The kitchen includes stainless-steel appliances, cookware and kitchen essentials, a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, ice machine and wine fridge. Central air conditioning, ceiling fans, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs and starter supplies are provided.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, cable TV, balcony access and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate soaking tub. A second bedroom has a queen bed and cable TV. The third has two twin beds that can be converted to a king when requested at least one week before arrival. Two additional full bathrooms have tub/shower combinations.

Guests have access to shared resort pools, hot tubs, tropical gardens, BBQ stations and beachfront walkways along four lagoons. Ko Olina Lagoons, dining, boutiques and seaside pathways are within walking distance. Ko Olina Golf Club and Kapolei shops and entertainment are a short drive away.
