The house

Ko Olina Beach Villas B706 accommodates six guests across 1,500 square feet of indoor-outdoor living space. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors connect the open-plan living and dining area to a private lanai overlooking the Pacific Ocean and Lagoon 2. The living area has modern furnishings and a Smart TV.

The Roy Yamaguchi–inspired kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, wine fridge, freezer, ice machine, blender and toaster. An island breakfast bar provides additional counter space.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, Smart TV, lanai access and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and deep soaking tub. The guest bedroom has a Smart TV and two extra-long twin beds that can be converted to a king when requested at least one week before arrival. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination. A queen sofa bed in the living area accommodates additional guests.

Central air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi and an in-unit washer and dryer are provided, along with beach towels, chairs and gear. Shared resort facilities include lagoon and beachfront swimming pools, hot tubs, barbecue grills, tropical gardens, a fitness center, koi ponds and walking paths. On-site dining and drinks are available at Makai Hale Beach Bar.

Lagoon 2 is immediately outside the gate for swimming and snorkeling, with direct access to the Ko Olina shoreline walk. Ko Olina Golf Club, Disney Aulani Resort and Four Seasons Resort Oahu are a short drive away; Kapolei offers shopping, dining and cultural attractions nearby.
