The house

This two-bedroom, two-bathroom villa accommodates up to six guests. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors connect the living area, dining space and private ocean-view lanai, which offers open-air dining. The living area has seating and a flat-screen TV.

The primary bedroom has a cable TV, lanai access and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and soaking tub. The guest bedroom has a TV and an adjacent full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. A requested guest-bedroom sleeping arrangement requires at least one week's notice before arrival.

The Roy Yamaguchi-designed kitchen has granite countertops, a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, ice machine, wine fridge, cookware and utensils. Central air conditioning, ceiling fans, high-speed Wi-Fi, a Bosch washer and dryer, linens, beach towels, beach chairs and bath amenities are provided. The villa also has a private entrance.

Shared facilities in the gated Ko Olina Beach Villas community include lagoon pools, hot tubs, BBQ areas and a fitness center. Ko Olina's sandy lagoons, Paradise Cove Beach, shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. Nearby options include dining, shopping and spa experiences at Four Seasons Resort and Disney Aulani Resort, and Paradise Cove Luau. Pearl Harbor, Waikiki and historic Ewa Town are a short drive away.

One compact parking space is complimentary. Additional vehicles incur a one-time $25 fee, or $50 for oversized vehicles. A car is recommended.
