The house

The combined retreat overlooks Ko Olina’s 2nd Beach Lagoon. Both villas have open-concept living and dining areas, mahogany finishes, floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors and private oceanview lanais. Living rooms include large HDTVs and ceiling fans.

Each villa has a fully stocked kitchen designed by Roy Yamaguchi, with Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, a wine fridge and generous preparation space. Kitchen equipment includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, ice machine, dishes and utensils.

The primary bedrooms have cable TVs and balcony access. Two bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers and deep soaking tubs; the guest bathrooms have tub/shower combinations. The guest bedrooms offer convertible sleeping arrangements by advance request, and the living areas provide queen-size pull-out sofas. Premium linens, towels, central air conditioning and Bosch washer/dryers are provided in each villa.

Shared resort facilities include two lagoon-style pools, hot tubs, BBQ areas, cabanas, a fitness center and beachfront walking paths. There is 24-hour gated security and secure elevator access. Beach towels and beach chairs are provided. Guests have direct access to Ko Olina’s lagoons and sandy beaches, with Ko Olina Golf Club and Marina nearby. Children are welcome.
