B604 occupies the sixth floor on the sunset side of the Beach Tower and has the resort’s largest floor plan. Interiors by Bassman Blaine Home Furnishings include an open-concept great room, dining for six and floor-to-ceiling glass doors opening onto a private furnished lanai with partial ocean views.

The Roy Yamaguchi-designed kitchen features Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances and granite countertops. Equipment includes a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, toaster oven, rice cooker, cookware and utensils.

The primary bedroom has a walk-in closet, lanai access, partial ocean and mountain views, and an ensuite bathroom with twin sinks and a soaking tub. Guest Bedroom 2 has partial ocean and mountain views and an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub. Guest Bedroom 3 has its own ensuite bathroom, with twin beds convertible to a king on request. Central air conditioning and ceiling fans serve all bedrooms and living areas. Smart TVs, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, beach chairs, beach towels and boogie boards are provided.

Shared resort facilities include lap and lagoon-style pools, hot tubs, koi ponds, landscaped grounds with waterfalls, a beach bar, BBQ grills, a fitness center and spa access. The gated property has 24-hour staff and direct access to Ko Olina’s lagoon beaches and walking paths. Aulani Resort, Four Seasons and restaurants are within walking reach; Kapolei shops, Coral Creek Golf Course, the marina, Costco, Target and hiking trails are a short drive away.
