The villa has 1,140 square feet of interior space with an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. The private lanai has ocean views, and the primary bedroom includes a TV, ceiling fan and private access to the lanai.
The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, bar seating, a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, rice cooker, ice machine and wine fridge. Dishes, utensils and kitchen basics are provided; a BBQ is also available.
The primary bathroom has a large soaking tub and walk-in shower. The second full bathroom has a soaking tub and shower combination. Central air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, an in-unit washer and dryer, linens, an iron, television with satellite or cable service, beach towels and beach chairs are provided.
Guests have access to shared community pools, a hot tub and landscaped grounds within a private gated community. Sandy beaches, shopping and dining are within walking distance. Local golf courses, water parks and outdoor recreation areas are a short drive away. Free parking is available, and a car is recommended.
