## About the house

The villa has an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area opening through sliding glass doors to a private lanai with pool, palm-tree and ocean views. The living area has a sofa and flat-screen TV; the dining area includes kitchen-island bar seating.

The fully equipped kitchen has granite counters, stainless-steel appliances, a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, ice machine, wine fridge, rice cooker and dishes and utensils.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, cable TV, lanai access and an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has extra-long twin beds convertible to a king on request at least one week before arrival, a TV and an adjacent bathroom with a tub/shower combination. A queen sleeper sofa is in the living room.

Central air conditioning, ceiling fans, high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, linens, an iron, shampoo, beach chairs and beach towels are provided. The villa has a private entrance and a smoke detector.

Shared resort facilities include three swimming pools, including a lap pool with sun loungers, jacuzzis, a fitness center, BBQ grills, outdoor dining areas and the Makai Hale Beach Bar. Tropical gardens, koi ponds and walking paths surround the resort, which has direct access to Ko Olina Lagoon Two. Children are welcome.

Ko Olina Golf Club, Paradise Cove Luau, Ko Olina Marina, oceanfront cafés and shops are within walking distance. Kapolei shopping, Costco, grocery markets, restaurants and west-coast hiking trails are a short drive away. HNL airport is approximately a 25-minute drive away. A car is recommended.
