The house

The villa offers 1,315 square feet of indoor-outdoor living with Pacific Ocean, Lagoon 2 and sunset views. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors connect the open-plan living room to a private furnished lanai. The living area has a flat-screen TV, an adjacent dining area and a breakfast bar.

The fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, rice cooker, ice machine, utensils and a wine fridge. The primary bedroom has a king bed, cable TV, lanai access and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and deep soaking tub. The second bedroom has extra-long twin beds convertible to a king. The living area has a queen sofa sleeper and access to the second full bathroom, which has a tub/shower combination.

Central air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, linens, an iron, beach chairs and beach towels are provided. The villa has a private entrance and smartlock entry.

Shared resort facilities include three pools with lap and lagoon-style options, multiple hot tubs, a gym, BBQ grills, the Makai Hale Beach Bar, koi ponds and tropical pathways within a private gated community. Two compact-sized parking spaces are complimentary; additional and oversized vehicles incur one-time fees.
