The house

The villa has 1,575 square feet of interior space plus a private lanai furnished for dining and lounging. Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors connect the open-plan living area to the lanai, and the dining table seats six. The living area has a large flat-screen TV.

The kitchen, designed by Roy Yamaguchi, includes Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, granite countertops, an island with bar seating, a wine fridge, rice cooker, blender and cookware. The primary suite has a soaking tub, walk-in shower, TV and lanai access. The second bedroom has a TV, and additional sleeping accommodation is in the living room. Both bedrooms have central air conditioning and space for a crib or Pack and Play; the primary bedroom has blackout drapes.

Central air conditioning, ceiling fans, Wi-Fi, Ethernet, a washer and dryer, linens, beach chairs and towels are provided, along with starter toiletries and laundry supplies. A Pack and Play, smart TV, cable or satellite TV, hair dryer, private entrance and outdoor shower are included among the amenities. Beach equipment rentals are available for an additional charge.

The gated resort has direct lagoon frontage, two shared swimming pools, multiple shared hot tubs, a fitness center and BBQ grills. It connects to a four-mile coastal walking and biking path. Ko Olina Station and Ko Olina Center offer dining, shopping and entertainment within walking distance. Golf and the marina are nearby, and Kapolei’s shopping complexes, hiking trails and cultural attractions are a short drive away. Honolulu International Airport is about 25 minutes away. One compact parking space is complimentary; additional and oversized vehicles incur charges and are subject to availability.
