Ko Olina Beach Villas B204 accommodates up to eight guests with three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The open living area has two seating zones and sliding glass doors leading to a private lanai with two seating areas, garden views and partial ocean glimpses. A dining area and kitchen island provide space for meals.

The Roy Yamaguchi–designed kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a wine fridge, refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, cookware and utensils. The primary bedroom has balcony access and an ensuite with a soaking tub, walk-in shower and dual vanities. Guest bedrooms have garden-view and convertible sleeping arrangements. Cable television, central air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, beach towels, beach chairs and a private entrance are provided.

Shared community facilities include three swimming pools, including lap and lagoon pools, jacuzzis, a fitness center, BBQ stations and Makai Hale Beach Bar. Tropical gardens, koi ponds and resort pathways surround the villa within a gated community. Ko Olina Lagoon 2 and coastal walking paths are easily accessible. Ko Olina Golf Club, Paradise Cove Luau, Aulani Disney Resort, Four Seasons Spa and Ko Olina Station shops and dining are within walking reach.
