## About the house

Ko Olina Beach Villas B202 accommodates up to six guests in a private gated community. The open-plan living, dining and kitchen areas have large windows, and the private lanai offers ocean and island views.

The Roy Yamaguchi-designed kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, rice cooker, ice machine and wine fridge. Kitchen basics, dishes and utensils are provided, with bar seating for casual meals.

There are two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, television, ceiling fan and private lanai access. The second bedroom has a television and convertible twin bedding. The primary bathroom has dual sinks, a large soaking tub and a walk-in shower.

The condo includes air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, linens, an iron, shampoo, hot water, television with satellite or cable, a private entrance and a smoke detector. Beach towels and beach chairs are provided.

Shared community facilities include pools, hot tubs, a spa and wellness center, a fitness center and barbecue areas. Beaches, dining and shopping are within walking distance; golfing, hiking trails and local attractions are a short drive away. A car is recommended.
