The house

The villa has an open-plan living and dining area with teal accents, plush seating, a flat-screen TV and sliding doors opening onto a private furnished lanai. The dining table seats six. A grassy yard leads toward the lagoons and sandy beach, just steps away, and the lanai offers sunset views.

The fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, island seating, premium appliances, a wine fridge, rice cooker, refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender and ice machine.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, ceiling fans, lanai access and an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub. The guest bedroom has two twin beds convertible to a king and a ceiling fan. A sofa bed in the living room accommodates additional guests, and there is a separate guest bathroom.

Central air conditioning, a washer and dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, linens, a hair dryer and an iron are provided. A Pack and Play, high chair, beach chairs and beach towels are available. There are no bedroom TVs; guests may use their own streaming apps on the living room TV.

Shared resort facilities include three swimming pools, hot tubs, BBQ grills and a fitness center. Makai Hale Beach Bar and the lagoons are nearby. Beach equipment rentals are available for an additional charge. Shops and dining are within walking distance, while golf, hiking trails and cultural attractions are a short drive away.
