The house

The villa has an open living and dining area with plush seating, island-inspired décor and large sliding doors leading to a spacious ground-floor lanai overlooking gardens. The dining table seats six, with additional seating at the kitchen bar.

The Roy Yamaguchi–designed kitchen includes a gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, wine fridge, coffee maker, toaster, blender, ice machine, dishes, utensils and kitchen basics. A BBQ is also available.

The primary bedroom has a television with cable, private lanai access and an ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in shower and deep soaking tub. The second bedroom has a television and shared bathroom access; the third bedroom also has shared bathroom access.

Central air conditioning, ceiling fans, high-speed Wi-Fi, an in-unit washer and dryer, linens, an iron, essentials, shampoo and hot water are provided. Beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler are available. The villa has a private entrance and a smoke detector.

Guests have access to three community pools, three community hot tubs and a fitness center. Resort amenities include spa services, dining and fitness options. An oceanfront cabana and Makai Hale Beach Bar are nearby. Lagoons, sandy beaches, shops, casual dining and coffee spots are within walking distance. Golf, museums, hiking trails, theme parks and water adventures are a short drive away.
