## About the house

The 175 sq.m. fully equipped villa occupies a four-acre estate overlooking Mykonos Town, Delos, Tinos and Syros, with mountain, sea and sunset views. The smart home uses wood and stone with Mykonian-inspired decoration, modern furniture, anatomical beds and eco-friendly toiletries. The grounds have low-water planting.

The ground floor contains a living room with a 140 × 190 sofa bed for the fifth guest, a kitchen, dining room, office and WC, with views of the private church and giant outdoor chess. Downstairs are two bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and direct outdoor access, plus a private gym.

Outside are a shaded dining terrace with a jacuzzi, a second terrace with sunbeds, a private pool, an outdoor kitchen and dining table, a vegetable and fruit garden, and a hen house with hens and peacocks. The private backyard is not fully fenced.

Facilities include Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, free parking, TV, heating and air conditioning with two ductless units. Towels, bed linen, extra pillows and blankets, toiletries, a hairdryer, iron, clothes rack and wardrobe are provided. Safety equipment includes a smoke detector, fire extinguisher and first aid box.

Services offered include airport or port transfers, boat trips, car and motorbike rental, concierge assistance and massage. Babysitting and a doctor are available on request. The estate is also offered as a venue for weddings and events.

Two ensuite bathrooms and a ground-floor WC are described; confirm the total bathroom arrangement with the host. Bedrooms and gym are downstairs; the backyard is not fully fenced.
