The house

Klitly underwent extensive renovation in 2022 and has Nordic seaside-hotel-style interiors, plank floors and a wood-burning stove. The ground floor contains an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area and a bathroom with a shower. Kitchen equipment includes a dishwasher, microwave and oven/stove. There is a 50-inch smart TV, an air-to-air heat pump and a Type 2 electric-vehicle charging station.

The first floor has one large sleeping room with a double bed at one end and two single beds at the other. A slatted partition partially screens the double-bed area. The annex has two single beds, electricity and a flat-screen TV.

The living room opens onto a morning terrace at the front and a large west-facing wooden terrace overlooking the dune plot at the rear. Outdoor facilities include garden furniture, loungers, a gas barbecue and a fire-pit area. The undulating grounds offer panoramic views of the surrounding area, with a small viewing bench for sunsets over the last dune ridge.

The North Sea is 300 metres away. The nearest grocer and fishmonger are 1 kilometre away, and Ringkøbing Fjord is 2 kilometres away. The surrounding dunes offer walking and cycling towards Nymindegab and Hvide Sande; nearby activities include swimming, stand-up paddleboarding, kayaking and birdwatching at Tipperne.
