The 90 m² cabin is in the Bergsjø area and has electricity, running water, a terrace or balcony, outdoor seating, garden furniture, a fireplace or wood-burning stove, electric heaters, and a radio. The kitchen has a combined refrigerator/freezer, cooking plates, an oven, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, waffle iron, and kettle. The area offers cross-country skiing, fishing, hiking, swimming in mountain lakes, and cycling on mountain roads. Skarslia Ski and Alpine Centre is 3 km away and Ål Ski Centre is 20 km away.

The cabin is primarily rented to families. Smoking is not permitted. Small dogs may be allowed only with prior notice and an additional fee. Bed linen and towels must be brought; final cleaning, electricity, pillows, duvets, and firewood are included.
