House rules
No pets. No smoking. Pool heating must be requested before arrival and is unavailable in July and August. Optional extended pool dates cost $100 plus tax per week. The gas fireplace is available January 1–April 26 and October 10–December 31 in 2026, and January 1–April 24 and October 10–December 31 in 2027.
Getting there
Oceanfront location with a private beach walkway with steps, accessible from the middle-level deck. Duck Village is a short stroll down the street. The elevator serves all three floors and the carport.
