The top floor has a great room with cathedral ceilings, ocean-facing windows, a gas fireplace, a 75-inch Samsung QLED QF8 TV and multiple seating areas. A partially covered oceanfront deck provides panoramic views and outdoor dining. Small appliances include a blender, toaster, drip coffee maker and pod coffee maker; dishes, utensils and cookware are provided. A loft offers a reading or puzzle area. This level also has a king ensuite bedroom with its own deck and a half bathroom. The middle floor contains four ensuite bedrooms, a sitting area with a wet bar, a private office/study and laundry facilities. Two of the king bedrooms are oceanside. A covered deck has a hot tub and a walkway leading directly to the beach. The lower floor has a recreation room with a pool table, another 75-inch Samsung QLED QF8 TV, and a wet bar with refrigerator and ice machine. A bedroom with two duo bunk sets and a private shower bathroom, plus a separate half bathroom, completes this level. The oceanside deck has surround sound. The private outdoor pool has sunny and shaded seating, with a gas grill nearby. Outdoor amenities include a dune deck, outdoor shower, outdoor furniture and five beach chairs. An elevator serves all three floors and the carport. An EV charging outlet is in the garage. The home has central heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, cable TV, a phone-app-controlled zoned sound system and a 40-inch TV in each bedroom. Many TVs have connections for game players.
