## About the house

Apartment Kitzkamm is a renovated 100 m² apartment with views of Kitzbühel and the surrounding mountains. Skiing via the Asten piste or Streif reaches within 50 m of the door, and hiking and biking routes begin outside. The apartment has three bedrooms: two with queen-size beds and one with a double bed. The master bedroom has balcony access with views of the Streif. There is an open-plan living room with timber floors, a dining corner, large sofa and flat-screen TV, plus a galley-style kitchen with cooking utensils, refrigerator, oven, dishes, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. The apartment has one bathroom with a bath, wash basin and WC, a second bathroom with shower and wash basin, and an additional guest WC. A patio, shared garden access, garden furniture, terrace, washing machine, central heating, satellite TV, Wi-Fi and one open-air parking space near the building are provided. Bed linen costs €10 per person, towels cost €10 per person, final cleaning costs €205 per booking, and a cot/crib is available for €15 per booking. Heating, internet access, open-air parking, certified disinfection, express self-check-in and arrival outside office hours are included. A refundable €400 security deposit per booking is held by credit card on arrival.

No smoking. Groups of young people up to 22 years are not accepted. Check-in is from 15:00 to 23:45 every day and check-out is before 10:00. A refundable €400 security deposit per booking is paid on arrival by credit-card hold. Cancellation charges are 0% of the total prepayment amount until 29 days before check-in, 100% of the total prepayment amount from 28 to 8 days before check-in, and 100% of the total rent from 7 days before check-in through check-in and for no-shows.
