House rules
Saturday check-in and checkout. One dog under 75 lbs is permitted; one additional pet may stay for $150 plus tax per week. Cats are not allowed. Pets must be well-behaved and housebroken and must stay out of the pool and hot tub. No smoking is identified as new in 2027. Optional early check-in at 13:00 costs $195 plus tax, is limited in quantity and requires confirmation after booking.
Getting there
Accessible by four-wheel-drive vehicle only, approximately 6.6 miles up the beach. The home is semi-oceanfront, one lot from the beach. Parking is limited to four vehicles. Guests can drive to and park on the beach. Stairs connect the wraparound deck to the backyard.
