Sleeping arrangements total one king bed, four queen beds and two twin beds. The top-floor great room has ocean views and an entertainment center, alongside the kitchen and dining area. A breakfast bar seats three. The third-floor ensuite bedroom has a private ocean-facing deck. The second floor has another ensuite bedroom with a private balcony, an additional bedroom and a separate full bathroom. Two bedrooms and another full bathroom are on the ground floor. The second-floor recreation room has a pool table, large-screen TV and refrigerator, with laundry and covered decks nearby. A wraparound deck and stairs lead toward the backyard. Outdoor facilities include a private outdoor pool, hot tub, charcoal grill, outdoor shower, outdoor furniture and volleyball. Five beach chairs are provided. Indoor amenities include Wi-Fi, central heating and air conditioning, satellite TV, multiple TVs, bed linens, bath towels, pillows, blankets, an iron and ironing board, and a washer and dryer. The equipped kitchen includes dishes, utensils, cookware, a blender, drip and pod coffee makers, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and air fryer. The home has a private well and water treatment system. The home is approximately 6.6 miles up the beach and has parking for four vehicles. Guests can drive to the beach and park there. Wild horses roam in the surrounding area.
