House rules
No smoking. Pets are not allowed. Groups of young people up to 23 years are not accepted. Check-in is from 15:00 to 18:00 every day, and check-out is before 10:00. A cot or crib is available for €15 per booking. Bed linen and towels cost €10 per person. Final cleaning costs €360 per booking. A refundable security deposit of €800 per booking is held by credit card. Extra-hours arrival and express self check-in are available.
Getting there
The house is about 400 m from Kirchberg town centre, described as a few minutes' walk. It is 1 km from the Maierlbahn Gondola, 350 m from the Gaisberg Chairlift, and 150 m from the bus stop connecting to the Maierlbahn. Hiking and biking routes begin outside the house. Parking is limited to two cars.
