The house

The condo accommodates up to 10 guests in five bedrooms. Garage entry leads to a hallway with coat and gear storage, and a staircase landing has a dining nook seating 6–8.

The open living, dining and kitchen area has large mountain-facing windows, sofas, armchairs, a TV and a gas fireplace. The kitchen includes a double gas range, warming tray, wine chiller and an island seating five. A dishwasher, coffee maker and cooking essentials are available.

The primary suite has a gas fireplace, a private bathroom with a shower and jetted tub, and sliding doors opening to the private hot tub. Each guest bedroom has a private bathroom with a shower, and one guest bedroom has a private balcony. A rooftop deck offers mountain and streetscape views and a firepit.

Facilities include a community pool, shared hot tub, game room, grill, washer and dryer. Starter kitchen, laundry and bathroom essentials are provided. Free Wi-Fi and air conditioning are available.
