House rules

Maximum occupancy is 13 people. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties and events are prohibited. Pets are prohibited under all circumstances because of a homeowner allergy. A credit card preauthorization of $2,800.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Packages and ski gear may not be shipped to the home; shipping to the local team address is available on request for $25 per package and $50 for larger items. Reservations exceeding eight days require an In-Stay Refresh arranged by the Reservation Team, with payment processed separately. Stays longer than 30 nights require additional cleaning arranged by the Reservation Team, with payment processed separately. Stays of 30 nights or more are non-refundable. Reservation confirmation requires electronic signing of the Terms and Conditions. Half of the booking total is due upon booking, with the balance due 110 days before arrival. Cancellation before 110 days prior to check-in refunds the initial payment less one night's rent, taxes and the service fee; cancellation after full payment is non-refundable. Early check-in and late checkout require text-message authorization from a Park City InvitedHome team member and depend on availability.

Getting there

The Ski Tower is about a 30-second walk across from the home. Ski-in/ski-out access via the King's Crown run is available only from January 18, 2027 through the end of the ski season, subject to snow, weather and resort operations. Old Town and historic Main Street are a short walk away. Parking is limited to two cars.
