# King's Crown Hideaway Park City, Utah, United States (general area) ## About the house The 2,961-square-foot home has four full bathrooms and one half bathroom. An open-plan kitchen and living room feature floor-to-ceiling windows, a wet bar and a kitchen island. The equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, cookware and dishes, with a dining table for meals. Three bedrooms have king beds; the third also has an XL twin Murphy bed. The fourth bedroom has a queen-over-queen bunk bed, and the loft has a queen sleeper sofa. The first, second and fourth bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. The deck has mountain views, an outdoor TV, a grill and lounge seating. Guests have access to a community hot tub deck, and an outdoor fireplace provides another place to gather. Private ski storage and ski lockers are available. Other facilities include air conditioning, heating, free Wi-Fi, television, a washer and dryer, linens, towels and a garage. The community Ski Tower is directly across from the home, about a 30-second walk away, with access via the King's Crown run to the base of Park City Mountain. Historic Main Street's shops and restaurants are a short walk away. Ski access is seasonal and subject to snow, weather and resort operations. Smoking, parties and events are prohibited. Pets are prohibited under all circumstances because of a homeowner allergy. A credit card preauthorization of $2,800.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Packages and ski gear may not be shipped to the home; shipping to the local team address is available on request for $25 per package and $50 for larger items. Reservations exceeding eight days require an In-Stay Refresh arranged by the Reservation Team, with payment processed separately. Stays longer than 30 nights require additional cleaning arranged by the Reservation Team, with payment processed separately. Stays of 30 nights or more are non-refundable. Reservation confirmation requires electronic signing of the Terms and Conditions. Half of the booking total is due upon booking, with the balance due 110 days before arrival. Cancellation before 110 days prior to check-in refunds the initial payment less one night's rent, taxes and the service fee; cancellation after full payment is non-refundable.
