House rules
No smoking, vaping, pets or parties. The minimum age to rent the property is 21. The single sofa bed must be requested when booking, with advance notice if it should be made up. All guests must complete a pre-check-in form and provide official photographic identification before arrival. Standard check-in is between 15:00 and 21:00; contact Veeve to request arrival outside these hours. Check-in between 21:00 and 23:00 incurs an additional fee. A baby cot and highchair are available for hire. Cancellations at least 30 days before check-in receive a full refund; cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in receive a 50% refund; cancellations less than 14 days before check-in receive no refund.
Getting there
The apartment is on the second floor with stair access only and no lift. King’s Cross St Pancras is a short walk away. Paid on-street parking is available.
