The open-plan living and dining area has large sash windows, a sofa, smart TV and a dining table that can also be used for work. The fully equipped kitchen has white cabinetry, a mirrored splashback, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, kettle, cookware and tableware.

The main bedroom has a double bed and two wardrobes. The second bedroom has a single bed and built-in shelving. A single sofa bed in the living area provides the fourth sleeping place and must be requested when booking. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with overhead and hand-held attachments, a washing machine and tumble dryer.

King’s Cross St Pancras is a short walk away, with six Underground lines, National Rail and Eurostar connections. Granary Square, Coal Drops Yard and the canal-side area offer restaurants, shops and cultural spaces. An organic coffee shop is downstairs. The apartment is on the second floor, reached by stairs only, with no lift.

Heating, free Wi-Fi, a laptop workspace, bed linen, towels, toiletries, a hair dryer and ironing equipment are provided. Fans are available on request. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit. Children and infants are welcome; a baby cot and highchair can be hired. Cancellations at least 30 days before check-in receive a full refund; cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in receive a 50% refund; cancellations less than 14 days before check-in receive no refund.
