What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is 4:00 p.m. or later, and check-out is 11:00 a.m. Early arrival or late departure may be accommodated by request.
What is the cancellation policy?
Policies depend on the selected rate plan. Options include prepaid non-refundable rates and flexible policies ranging from 24 hours to 60 days before check-in; the applicable policy is provided with the booking and confirmation.
What is the package handling policy?
The hotel can receive guest packages. Notify the hotel in advance about large shipments; space is limited, and unannounced or excessive deliveries may be refused or returned. Package handling and storage terms are available from the front desk.
What payment methods are accepted?
Major credit cards are accepted. A card hold is placed at check-in for the room, tax, and $200 in incidentals, including on prepaid reservations. Any applicable amenity fee is paid directly at the hotel.
