No parties, events or venue use. No smoking. Pets are not permitted. The apartment accommodates up to two guests. Additional cleaning, BBQ or oven cleaning, or excessive rubbish disposal may incur extra charges.
Getting there
Kimberley One is on Nelson's waterfront. Nelson city centre and Tahunanui Beach are approximately 2 km away; the city centre is described as an easy half-hour walk. One off-street car park is provided. Bicycle, kayak and other equipment storage is available in a shared lower-level garage; guests should bring their own lock.
